| 2009 7th & 8th Grade Summer Band Traughber Band students who have completed 6th or 7th grades When Weekdays, July 27-August 20, 2009 What Daily sectionals and full band 11:15 am-12:45 pm daily Cost $85.00 per student (includes t-shirt, snacks, daily contests, and field trip) Water Park Trip Thursday, August 13. Meet at 10:15 am, home to Traughber at 5:30 pm Concert Thursday, August 20, 2009 7:00 PM @ TRAUGHBER JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (Change!) Students must be able to participate in the concert in order to enroll in summer band. Daily attendance for the entire rehearsal is expected. Mail all checks and applications to the Traughber Main Office, attn. summer band. |
| 2009 Summer Band for New 6th Graders! Woodwind and Brass Classes begin July 27 and meet every weekday until August 20. Woodwind and Brass classes will meet at Traughber JHS, enter Door #4 There is no cost to participate in Beginning Band Summer Classes. All Beginning Band students are expected to attend as many rehearsals as possible in order to enroll in 6th grade Band. Summer Class Schedule 8:00-8:45 am French Horn 8:45-9:30 am Flute Trombone 9:30-10:15 am Saxophone Baritone 10:15-11:00 am Clarinet Section I Cornet Oboe 11:00-11:45 am Clarinet Section II Percussion Percussion Class 10:30 am -- 12:00 |
